Aerial Drone Questions
Hello!
Seeing someone fly a drone nearby your area can be unnerving! That is why before we begin filming or take videos we like to let nearby residents and business know that we will be hovering around. Having introduced ourselves, you may still have questions about your drone rules and your privacy.
nisekoLabs always operates within the rules laid out by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MILT) in Japan. If you wish to read more from their website about the rules of drone operation please click here.
There are mainly two rules that may affect you and so we want to lay them out clearly here for you.
- We keep a 30m operating distance from you, your property or your car. However, if we do we will be asking for written approval from the MILT first, and notifying you.
- We do not operate drones at night!
*Additionally you will be glad to know we never fly under the influence or carry explosives using our drones!
If you do have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to get in touch. Additionally it would be good to mention when and where you saw us operating a drone. That way we can check the work we scheduled that day and give you more information to put you at ease.
